London Migration Film Festival has been held annually since 2016. The aim of the festival is to challenge the narrow rhetoric on migration that often sees migration and people on the move framed in reductive and dehumanising binaries.
The most recent edition of the festival took place from 24-30 November 2022.
Underpinning their work is the idea that human rights are relational and therefore, must be participated in and shared to be realised. Their focus is on inclusion - what is shared between rather than what separates people - and a new rights-based approach to migration.
